East - the gift of illumination and leadership, which are fitting of the 'Cultural Safety' focus delivered by O CM with a tribal local knowledge make this training a unique and positive impact achieving connection for all learners!

O CM was adopted from when relatives saw my paddle with my initials of 'CM' on it and started saying O CM, which is a term in Lekwungen pronounced 'O Siem' that is a greeting of respect!
